About Us

R&M Truck & Trailer Repairs was established in 1993, from the idea of providing the Arnprior and Ottawa Valley area with a quality repair shop.  Since then, R&M has employed and trained many licensed technicians. Several apprentices over the years have been assisted to become licensed technicians. Our passion for excellence is what’s driven us from the beginning, and it continues to push us each day. At R&M, we believe that offering the best repair services, even for the most basic of fixes, can make a big difference in the lives of our customers.

R&M is dedicated to ensuring each customer is provided with exceptional customer service in a timely manner. To make sure we can provide a high level of quality in the work we do, each mechanic is equipped with extensive training and knowledge. In 2021 from the Arnprior Chronicle-Guide Readers' Choice Awards, R&M received two Platinum Awards for 'Best Auto Service Centre' and 'Best Tires Sales & Service.'  In 2022, R&M received two Gold Awards for 'Best Brake Service & Repair' and 'Best Auto Service Advisor.'

 

In May 2016, R&M had the opportunity to purchase the business 'Arnprior Trailer Sales.' With being asked for many years why we did not sell trailers, the decision was made to acquire Arnprior Trailers. We then became a full-service trailer dealer. Not long after that was done, R&M also began to sell and install tires for customers.

We sell and install vehicle hitches, including fifth wheel, gooseneck and weight distribution systems. R&M can help with the wiring of harnesses, brake controllers and accessories.
